EMERGENCY RESPONSE AND VICTIM IDENTIFICATION DEPARTMENT

* Emergency Response:

(1) Deploy trained responders to incident scenes. (2) Assess situations, provide aid, and coordinate with authorities.

* Victim Identification :

(1) Use advanced techniques (e.g., DNA, fingerprints and digital records) for identification.

(2) Collaborate with authorities, hospitals, and morgues.

* Family Support:

(1) Communicate with families, providing updates and emotional support. (2) Facilitate necessary arrangements (e.g., documentation, repatriation).

(3) Assign personnel to provide victim hospitalization services. (4) Serve as liaison to immediate family members until family arrives.

* Data Management:

(1) Maintain accurate, confidential records of incidents and victims. (2) Analyze data to improve response and prevention strategies.

* Operational Standards:
